• Not monogrammed or personalized or Final Sale item.
• The return shipping is covered and free in USA. You will receive an email with instructions and return label. Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.
• Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our Return Center.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final Sale items.
• Discounted items (if applicable)
• Personalized items like monogrammed and laser engraved items

Please Note : Interaction with MagSafe accessories might leave slight imprints on leather. This is not a defect. We also recommend not using any chargers with silicone rings.

You are welcome to exchange your item with another one easily in USA. Simply go to our Return Center and select exchange option. Once the exchange request is approved, we will send an email with instructions and prepaid return label. You need to return the original item before the exchange is processed. If you are owed a partial refund due to a price difference in your exchange order we will refund you once the original item is returned back to us. If there is a difference left to pay for the item(s) in your new exchange order you will be able to make the payment at the same time.

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)
• The return shipping is covered in USA and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.
• Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed through our Return Center.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. If the item is used and damaged return request will be rejected and item will be returned back to customer.
